Warranty and important customer information.

We "VK Covers" strongly focused on the quality of our SPA covers and invest in manufacturing improvements. As a result of the care and attention to detail we invest in, we are confident that they will perform as desired for many years.

The manufacturer provides a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Wear and fading of materials exposed to direct sunlight occurs naturally over time and are not considered as legitimate defects. A change in thread shade due to UV radiation does not affect the function of the thermal cover and therefore will not be recognized as a claim.

Maintain the water quality with products that are recommended by your seller. Poor water maintenance can adversely affect the condition and quality of your thermal cover.

After applying treatment chemicals to the spa, wait at least 45 minutes before placing the thermal cover back on the spa — this allows the fumes from the chemicals to dissipate and avoid damage to the SPA cover.

WARNING: Do not walk, sit, climb, lie or place objects on the cover. Defects caused by excessive load will not be covered by warranty! Do not allow pets to enter on the thermal cover. Avoid the accumulation of snow and ice on the thermal cover. A thick layer of snow should always be removed from the thermal cover as soon as possible and should not accumulate.

WARNING: DO not drop the thermal cover. It can cause damage to the skin or the inner filling to break. Handle the thermal cover with care

WARNING: Do not lift the cover suddenly and with full force by the handles when opening. A vacuum pressure is created between the cover and the spa, which could damage the handles and the cover. First, it is always necessary to lift the thermal cover by hand from underneath and then use handles. We recommend using a thermal cover lifter to open it.
